HERMITAGE SCHOOL DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE:

An extension is in place for sealed bids to be submitted to the Hermitage School District by Wednesday, April 30. 2025. Sealed bids will be opened on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. for the following:

2025-2026 Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Prime Vendor (Food)

Notice is hereby given that The Hermitage School District is requesting bids to provide vended meals for the operation of Child Nutrition Programs.

Bids will be accepted at:

Location: 310 N. School Dr. Hermitage, AR 71647

Bid Opening: Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (An extension is in place for sealed bids to be submitted to the Hermitage School District by Wednesday, April 30. 2025. Sealed bids will be opened on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. )

Bids must be received prior to bid opening.

If questions arise during the solicitation process, answers to questions will be provided via email and added as an addendum to the solicitation. This information will be provided to all prospective bidders.

Bidders must be fully aware and comply with USDA rules and regulations. The Hermitage School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

HERMITAGE SCHOOL DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE:

2025-2026 Bids for Elementary Parent Pick up Road at the Hermitage Elementary School

Bid Opens October 20, 2025 | Bid Closing November 17, 2025

Deliver bid submissions for this Competitive Bid to the Hermitage School District on or before the designated bid opening date and time. In accordance with Arkansas Procurement Law and Rules, it is the responsibility of the Prospective Contractors to submit bids at the designated location on or before the bid closing date and/or time. Bids received after the designated bid opening date and time may be considered late and may be returned to the Prospective Contractor without further review. The Hermitage Board makes the final determination for this project approval.
