Dear Athlete Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to invite you and your student-athlete to the Hermitage School District 2024–2025 Sports Banquet, proudly sponsored by the Hermitage School District Booster Club. This special evening is dedicated to honoring our high school athletes for their hard work, dedication, and achievements throughout the year.
Event Details:
📅 Date: Monday, May 5, 2025
🕕 Time: 6:00 p.m.
📍 Location: Hermitage City Community Center
Students who participated in Cheerleading, Band, Choir, Football, Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Cross Country, Track, and Basketball are expected to attend and will be recognized for their participation and contributions.
Dinner & Guest Information:
Each student-athlete may bring two (2) guests to the banquet at no charge, but must provide the names of those guests to the HSD High School office by Friday, May 2, 2025.
Any additional guests are welcome and may attend by paying $15.00 per person at the gate, which includes dinner and admission to the event.
Please complete the form that was emailed to parents and return it to the school office by Friday, May 2, 2025.
