Arkansas has enacted the No Cell Phone Act, which directly impacts ALL public schools, including those in the Hermitage School District. As part of this law, students are not permitted to have cell phones or other personal electronic devices in their possession during the school day. This restriction extends from the time students arrive on campus until they leave at the end of the school day.
