The Hermitage School District implements all required School Choice laws in accordance with Arkansas Code Annotated A.C.A. § 6-18-1901 et seq.; § 6-18-227; § 6-18-510; Act 475 of 2025, as required by Commissioner’s Memo COM-26-031.
Before a student may attend a school in a non-resident district, parents or guardians must submit a School Choice application to both the resident and non-resident districts for approval.
Applications must be postmarked no later than June 1, 2026. School Choice application forms may be obtained from the Hermitage School District, 310 North School Drive, Hermitage, Arkansas.
