To be eligible for these prize drawings, students had to maintain a 95% or higher attendance rate and receive no suspensions during the 2025–2026 school year. We are proud of these students for demonstrating responsibility and positive behavior throughout the year. We hope the students are able to enjoy these prizes over summer break.

We are excited to continue building our football program this summer, and we need everyone’s support to make it successful. Summer practices for grades 9–12 are extremely important for building teamwork, conditioning, discipline, and preparing for the upcoming season.
The players agreed on a practice time of 7:00–8:45 PM in order to help accommodate summer schedules and jobs as much as possible. Attached is the summer football schedule.
Coaches will also be driving a van to pick up any players who need transportation to practice. If your child needs a ride, please let us know.
We are asking parents to help encourage consistent attendance and commitment this summer. A strong program is built through hard work, accountability, and showing up consistently. Every practice matters, and every player matters.

Hermitage High School celebrated students who earned All A’s All Year and All A’s and B’s All Year at our Honors Breakfast.
We are proud to recognize their academic excellence!
Students who scored a Level 3 or Level 4 on the ATLAS test in Literacy, Math, or Science enjoyed a special reward trip to The Goat in Monticello for skating and pizza. We are proud of their hard work and dedication throughout the school year!

Today was a great day to be a Hermit! Students who demonstrated growth or achieved Level 3 or 4 on the ATLAS assessment were celebrated with a fun-filled trip to Magic Springs. From rides to laughter, both students and staff enjoyed a well-deserved day together in the beautiful weather.

🧸Build-A-Bear Workshop🧸
EAST students recently participated in a fun and creative Build-A-Bear Workshop led by Cheryl Watkins! Students learned how to use a sewing machine, follow a pattern, and create their very own stuffed bears from start to finish. Mrs. Cheryl also generously donated a sewing machine and materials to help students continue building and creating in the classroom.
A special thank you as well to Kandy Watkins for donating an additional sewing machine to support our students and the EAST program. We are so thankful for community members who invest their time, talents, and resources into helping our students learn new skills! 🧵🪡🐻
